Parent and Me Class age 18 month to 24 month
Tadpole Class age 2 to 4 year old.
Caterpillar Class age 3 to 4.5 year old
Butterfly Class age 4.5 to 6.5
Recreation Class age 6.5 and up

9:30am-10am Caterpillar
10am-10:30am Parent and Me
10:30am-11:15am Butterfly
11:15am-12:15pm Recreation
Friday Classes
3:30pm-4pm Caterpillar

I started gymnastics in my backyard when I was about 7! I learned from a neighbor and self taught myself a lot. For my 9th birthday my mom signed me up! I was hooked! I was a gymnast until I turned 17. Then I decided I loved to teach more then I loved being a gymnast.
Teaching came pretty natural since I was the 3rd of 8 kids! I was homeschooled so I spent a lot of time with my siblings. I started coaching when I was 12. I was a Jr. Coach and helped with as many classes as I could.
At 16 I started teaching our team gymnast’s and going to competitions with them.
When I was 18 I got to go to competition’s by myself and I took up a lot of coaching responsibility. Teaching routines, cleaning routines, and being excited every time they did something right.
I’ve taught all ages from 18 months-18 years. Girls and boys. I’ve have also done some cheer work and love working with Cheerleaders.
Teaching these little kids self discipline and helping them develop themselves into young adults is what makes me love teaching gymnastics more and more everyday.
