Army veteran and member of PELLA BJJ. I live in town and lead the RED ROCK RUCK CLUB, a GORUCK local club.

We help promote community and team building with Military styled workouts and large scale GORUCK events that last between 6 hours to 24 hours. We also partner with the local Iowa National Guard to give hopeful individuals a look into what the Army has physical during their Basic Training and how to be best prepared.
